That being said, here are some things you should add to your diet if you ever hope of living a long and healthy life:
- Green vegetables
- Tofu
- Walnuts
- Seaweed
- Garlic
- Fruit
- Black beans
In case you aren’t a vegan, make sure you consume some of these, as well:
- Eggs
- Fish
- Goat’s milk
- Prawns
