Simply combine any type of berries with nuts or legumes to your own taste and you’ll have the healthiest sweet-snack you can imagine.

2. Celery And Carrot Snack
Buy some fresh, organic celery and carrots, chop them into sticks, combine them with some hummus and put them in jars to create delicious but handy veggie snack portions. Stash them in your fridge and grab one each morning on your way to work.

Always make sure you have one or two protein sources available. Black beans are an excellent solution as you can keep them in your fridge and use them:
